| In this section, and proving we are a serious and efficient support, we have put the already known bugs of the program at your disposal, so they will cause the lesser problems and waste of time possible. You can also get information here from the possible solutions to the mentioned problems. Please donīt send bug reports about any of the ones listed below, unless explicity requested. MAIN BUGS Windows Vista (and maybe Windows 7) do not allow to create thumbnails files (.THU). Thumbnails are lost. This is due to new restrictions/features Vista and W7 has enabled by default. Thanks to feedback from our users, we can tell you this workaround: "Right click the InsideCAT program file or shortcut you use to run program, select "Properties", use the "Compatibility" tab, select "Run as Windows XP SP2" and also click the box which says "Run as Administrator". State: in study (high priority). Solution: ASAP. MINOR BUGS Sometimes, when exiting the program, an error takes place, showing two error messages. The second shows a message "Runtime error XXX at XXX". Merely aesthetic error, is no risk of lost of data nor of corruption of the system. State: in study. Solution: to ignore the error. For Windows Vista users, we have some reports about "Out of memory" error appear randomly with v 4.10. As long as we know, this will be solved with a full update of Vista core DLLs (enable "Windows Update" and do all the updates). No problems found on Windows XP. Problem seems to be related with Windows OS, not InsideCAT. As a general advice to Vista users (and, of course, for all Windows OS) remember to full update your OS if you find problems using InsideCAT. State: solved. Solution: update Windows.
